Safety tips
Meeting new people to play should feel easy and safe. A few habits help.
Before the game
- Keep chatting in Rally until you've met. There's no need to share your phone number or address.
- Check their profile: level, how long they've been a member and how many games they've played.
- Tell a friend where and when you're playing.
At the court
- Rally games happen at public courts. Meet there rather than getting a ride with someone new.
- Daylight games at busier courts are a comfortable way to start.
- Trust your gut. It's always OK to leave.
If something feels off
- Block someone (Safety → Block) and you'll disappear from each other in Rally. They can't message you, invite you or join your games.
- Report anything that breaks our community guidelines. Reports are confidential.
- If you're ever in danger, call 911.
