Community guidelines
Rally works because players look out for each other. By joining, you agree to these.
Be welcoming at every level
- Levels describe where someone's game is today. They're never a reason to be dismissive.
- If you join a beginner-friendly game, be patient and keep it relaxed.
- Rate yourself honestly so games stay even and fun for everyone.
Show up, or say so
- If you can't make it, leave the game as early as you can. That tells everyone and frees the spot.
- Be on time, and agree on who's booking the court (and splitting the fee) in the game chat.
Respect people and places
- No harassment, hate, sexual comments or unwanted contact. “No” or no reply means no.
- Follow each court's rules. Share courts when others are waiting, and leave booked courts on time.
- Rally is for arranging recreational play: no selling, spam, or coaching for pay.
You must be 18 or older
Rally is for adults. Junior players can find programs through local clubs and recreation centres.
If something's wrong
Block or report anyone from their profile or a chat (tap Safety). The Rally team reviews every report and may warn a player or remove their account. See our safety tips and terms of use.
